Indigo provided a fantastic stay for my recent work trip. The Nautilus room was perfectly suited for our daily work sessions with both inside and outside work environments. The location in the Gaslamp Quarter made it easy for us to explore local dining options. The cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel particularly impressed me. Additionally, the rooftop bar offered lively evenings with great views of the nearby baseball stadium.

Decent spot but watch out for extras!
I stayed solo for 3 nights and the place was mostly clean and comfy. The location is prime, right in downtown. I didn't get to enjoy the rooftop bar since it was closed, which kinda stunk. The parking fees were a surprise — super high! Could find way cheaper spots nearby. Just a heads up.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We explored the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, hitting up the Level 9 Rooftop bar for amazing views and a fun atmosphere. The location was perfect for catching a ballgame at Petco Park. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable overall.
We did experience some issues with the staff when it came to taking water from the fridge. It felt like a misunderstanding and the way it was handled was a bit rude, which left a bad taste despite the otherwise positive stay.

Great location but overpriced
So we spent a night here and honestly, the location is fab! Super close to everything. The rooftop bar was the highlight for sure, perfect spot for drinks and views. Rooms were pretty basic but clean. Just a heads up, they charge extra for a mini fridge, which is kinda shady. Overall, not worth the high price.

The room offered a delightful view of Petco Park and was equipped with a refrigerator, significantly enhancing our enjoyment of the stay. Freshly prepared salads in the restaurant were a highlight, and the room itself was clean and comfortably appointed. However, the service was disappointing. the front desk staff lacked training, leading to inadequate responses during our complaints about water issues. This poorly managed service detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
